After this training:
The facilitator will be able to apply the core principles of the 3rd way of innovation using the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method.

Content:
In this implementation program the participants will learn about the principles for the 3rd way innovation and experience how to apply this approach using the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method. The program will also share the LEGO case and illustrate how this approach to innovation differentiates from other known ways of innovation. The experience will be related to an actual Innovation context that is relevant for you.

Target group or Requirements for attending:
Facilitators should have good experience with AT1 – 3. The program is especially relevant if you use LSP to help organization with innovation processes in general, but also if you help organizations with innovating for example their products, processes, services etc.
