OUR SPECIAL NGO PROJECT 2026
WHAT IS THIS PROJECT ABOUT?
For my 10th anniversary as an LSP trainer I’m offering a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® training to underfunded NGOs. Over a decade I’ve trained many professionals and been inspired by NGOs’ powerful stories. I wan to do something ...
Since 2017 I'm visiting Poland, working together with business partner, Klaudia Wojciechowska. In a way, like these things happen, this country and the people I've met, haver a special hold on me. Therefore I deceided that the Warsaw LSP - training (24–27 August) will focus on invited (pré selected) NGO organisations supporting children, young adults and women. Invited NGO's attend for free and are already selected.
This webpage is created because we need some funding for LEGO sets, so the NGO's can deliver workshops to the people they support. My Question is therefore ---- please donate kits or buy from me some LEGO sets, so the NGO representative leaves equipped with bricks to deliver workshops.
We from Bricks and Business deliver this training together with Klaudia Wojciechowska (see picture above) . We also receive support from the LSP Magazine, who will dedicate the october issue feature to this projects and the work of NGO's in general. Your contribution helps NGOs amplify voices, co‑create solutions and make lasting community impact. Thank you.
LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® benefits NGO's
by giving people a voice, treat them fair, with respect and create low‑barrier engagement and stronger outcomes:
- Through the LSP Method tacit experiences nonverbally, enabling vulnerable groups to express needs safely.
- Creates equal voice: empowers marginalized participants to contribute and be heard.
- Builds local facilitation capacity so NGOs can sustain workshops independently.
- Strengthens storytelling and advocacy: tangible models make impact relatable to donors.
- Supports trauma‑informed, playful healing and resilience-building activities.
- Low‑cost, adaptable and scalable across ages, cultures and contexts.
- Promotes collaboration among stakeholders and co‑creates practical, locally owned solutions.
More Informatie about the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY Method itself can be found on our LSP Trainings webpage
