Bricks and Business organizes training in the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY Method in different cities in Europe. An accurate and up-to-date overview is always found on my homepage

Bricks and Business partner, Michel Cloosterman, is an associate of the Association of Master Trainers and qualified since 2016 to train participants of the Program offered by the Association. He delivered over 40 trainings since then and certified over 300 facilitators. Besides being a trainer, he is a facilitator himself since 2010 and facilitated an enormous amount of workshops and events.

Since 2018 he developed and offers MasterMind trainings, which are specialized training for certified facilitators. At the moment there are two MasterMind Trainings: Design Thinking with LEGO SERIOUS PLAY and a Coaching Class, called Mentoring with LEGO SERIOUS PLAY

What is our purpose?

The members of the Association of Master Trainers in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method provide facilitator training and certification in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method.

The Association has two main purposes:
1. To guard, maintain and further develop the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method to ensure its integrity and high quality.

2. To secure that its members deliver an uniform and high quality training of new LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitators regardless of language or geographical location.

The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method is a facilitated process, and the results and impact are directly tied to the quality of the workshop design and the facilitation. LEGO SERIOUS PLAY delivers exceptional value, when the process is designed and delivered by a well trained and skilled facilitator.

With the growth and popularity of the LSP Method, the demand followed to look after the integrity method and for a facilitator training process with global standards, quality assurance and a curriculum that reaps the fruits of 15 years of involvement in the development of the method and the training facilitators. The Association is the guardian of the method, the only one who offers to practise all 7 Apllication Techniques during the 4-day training and has established global standards and provide guidance to people interested in becoming LEGO SERIOUS PLAY facilitators.
