A training using the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY methodology is an intense process to enhance innovation and business performance. It indicates that a learning process through LSP creates deeper meaning of understanding of the work. The method is used in a wide ranging variety of organizational challenges including strategy development, mergers, team development and other demanding organizational change and renewal processes.

The delivery of the training is the experience, practise and knowledge of all 7 techniques of the method, knowing how to design a workshop with the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method, some practise as a facilitator and insights on how to apply the method in different situation. You will receive a very complete manual with insights and instructions. 

This training is organized by BricksandBusiness and will be executed by the Association LEGO SERIOUS PLAY trainer, Michel Cloosterman. Participants benefit from the fact that the original founders developed this training in the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method. On top of that participants become part of the biggest and fastest growing community of LSP - facilitators.
