Bricks and Business is a partner in the Association of Master Trainers of the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method. Michel Cloosterman is one of the 14 trainers worldwide operating on behalf of the Association.

Additionally, the organization is certified to provide training with the Belbin Team Role Management method.
