GreenBricks — Embed LSP capability inside your organisation

Most LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) work trains individuals to run separate workshops. The Green Bricks Program flips that model: we train a group inside your organisation to deliver one carefully designed, repeatable workshop — building capability, consistency and scale.

How it works

• We work together with a colleague facilitator to design the bespoke workshop for your needs.
• As a Trainer of the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method we from Bricks and Business, deliver 2 days of core LSP training (aligned with foundation fundamentals) to the selected group.
• Next to the 2-days of core training we add one‑day coaching‑the‑group session to practice and reflect delivering the workshop.
• Your trained facilitators can now deliver the workshop repeatedly across the organisation.

The GreenBricks Tailor Made Program is a 2 days training + 1 day implementation support.

Our Tailor Made Program is an in‑house package: two days of customised LSP training for selected internal facilitators, plus one day of implementation support (online or onsite). Facilitators learn LSP essentials, practice facilitation in the context of your bespoke workshop, and receive coaching, feedback and consulting to ensure the first real delivery succeeds.
