Our Agile Coaches Program offers a 2-day in-house Training + 1 day implementation support for organizations to conduct specialized LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshops. This program equips selected internal Agile-coaches with the essential techniques to facilitate and structure their in-house workshops.
During the 2-day in-house Training your coaches are introduced to the essentials of the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method and practise their facilitation skills in delivering their workshops.
The additional 1 day implementation support assures an effective and successful execution through online or onside assistance. This could be through coaching, feedback support and consulting.
