Do you want to become a Facilitator of the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY Method?

We can offer you the right training.

Our Training Program consists of an intense 4 day process, conducted according to the guidelines of the Association of Master Trainers. As a result you become a certified facilitator of the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY (LSP) method and will be introduced to our worldwide community of facilitators. Furthermore you are offered ongoing professional development opportunities through newsletters, access to our website, further training and workshops, books and The LSP Magazine.

Why LEGO SERIOUS PLAY?

Because it opens the door to the power of play that unlocks new insights in business issues. By inviting people in hands-on, minds-on and hearts-on activities participants are encouraged to build 3D models that represent their thoughts and ideas. Through the process of LSP, participants are encouraged to express themselves more freely and creatively, leading to a deeper understanding of complex problems and potential solutions. Through LSP communication barriers are breaking down, it levels the playing field of participants and it stimulates a inclusive and collaborative environment.

Our Unique Training Program

The ‘Association - Training Program’, is delivered by highly skilled trainers who have undergone a rigorous train-the-trainer program and certification process. Bricks and Business delivers the training program since 2016. In addition, we keep delivering client workshops throughout Europe to ensure the continuous development of knowledge and skills to guide participants through the LSP - facilitator learning experience.

The effectiveness of the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method is backed by numerous case studies and success stories from professionals who have undergone the training.
