Become a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator with Michel Cloosterman (Bricks & Business). In an intensive, practice‑focused four‑day program aligned with the Association of Master Trainers, you’ll gain the skills, confidence and tools to run powerful LSP workshops that create real change.

Our story and approach

Since introducing LSP to the Netherlands in 2011, Bricks & Business has delivered trainings and client workshops across Europe, the USA and starting so in the UAE. We bring more than a decade of field experience, years of trainer education, and close collaboration with leading LSP practitioners. In our training we share that practical expertise with the proven structure of over 25 years experience of the Association of Master Trainers. Where our learning continious as well, you leave ready to facilitate, design and scale LSP in your market.

What you’ll experience

This is a hands‑on learning journey: you’ll build, facilitate, receive direct feedback and refine your practice in real time. The curriculum blends the core of the LSP methodology with workshop design, facilitation craft, and business practice. We also cover commercial positioning, how to approach a client, talk about pricing models and scalable workshop formats. You will not only learn the theory but practice delivering actual workshop formats during the training.
