Yes. LEGO SERIOUS PLAY supports reflection on an individual and group level. The facilitator structures a proces that slows thinking, and creates distance for perspective-taking. Through guided prompts and storytelling participants reflect on assumptions, motives, and patterns. Participants benefit from it through deeper self-awareness, more insights, and it enriches sense‑making.

Does LEGO SERIOUS PLAY needs Facilitation?
Yes. LEGO SERIOUS PLAY requires skilled facilitation because its effectiveness depends on the process, not just the bricks. A facilitator designs the right questions and sequence to focus on the real issue. A facilitator creates a safe atmosphere where participants feel empowered and engaged to work together on the topic, build new insights and (possible) answers(s).
Skilled faciltators help participants translate metaphors into meaningful insights by probing and clarifying stories, will manage group dynamics and tensions to keep the session productive, and maintain the session’s timing and flow so building, sharing and reflection are balanced.
Finally, a facilitator connects ideas to decisions and concrete next steps. Without facilitation, sessions can become noisy, unfocused or superficial; with skilled facilitation, LSP reliably produces deep insight and actionable outcomes.
Does the Training in LEGO SERIOUS PLAY really needs 4 days?
Yes. That is, if you really want the full package. That means you'll experience and build on challenging and complex questions. You'll build smaller models and insightful landscapes of systems. During the training we reflect on the scientific backgroup and you discover how to put insights into actions. You'll practise yourself how to facilitate and you'll design a 'ready-to-deliver' workshop for your clients. We share a lot of examples and documentation, you have time to network and you'll benefit from the extensive experience in facilitation and training from your trainer. We address topics on coaching, teams, projects, organisations, strategy and vision. We share with you insights in books, advanced trainings and how to support you after your training.
